后人作曲难免会受前人的影响，有chopin 的成分也不能算"抽几段" 啊，Jay 还结合了很多Gospel 和R&B 还在不断探索新的曲风，还是很有自己的风格的。

li yun di is a classical pianist, he won the chopin competition when he was 18, the youngest in history, but jay is more of a song writer, unknown for his playing skills, its bizzare and meaningless to compare piano players' skills.

b/c musicians on that level have developed their own style, they can play anything but in their original way, like two fine athletes thats are trained in two different sports. whats the point of comparing who simply runs faster or lifts more weights?

hmm, let me explain jackjiezhang's comment for you. he doesnt want to compare the 2 of them because they do different things, one writes songs and one is a pro piano player. if you really need to compare their piano-playing skills, then of course yundi is way way better, too good to be jay's piano teacher even. but then this kind of comparison is unfair for jay, because although he doesnt play as well, he is so multi-talented!
