  • Oh my god.

  • This beauty must be from another world. Amazing

  • @jeannonin

My comment probably wasn't clear. I'm GLAD she won! She's exceptional! I've seen her in concert and met her. Artists like Esperenza should be winning more often, and it should be the 'norm' but the fact that it made such news and was so 'unusual' tells me that the Grammy's isn't based on what it should be based on which is artistic ability, talent, innovation and all the things Esperenza embodies as a musician/artist. It's simply based on popularity and that doesn't = talent.

  • @nancydrew5

Phew...thank god..I almost had a heart attack after I lost half my faith in humanity right there...thank you for saving my life with the clarification!

  • Winner Of Grammy 2011 ......Wonderfully Talent

  • @RobertoJunior87 Thank God! Maybe there is hope for the future...She is truly the real deal.

  • Bomb Bomb Bomb digaatiiy

  • Last I heard, you don't get to join the faculty at the Berklee School of Music at the age of 20 for nothin'. ;o)

  • The fact that her winning the Grammy for Best New artists tells me that the Academy for Music needs to rethink how they award grammys to musicians. It certainly ain't based on what it is supposed to be based on which is musical ability, talent, innovation etc.. Now it's based on popularity and record sells. A person can be 'popular' but not necessarily a true musician. The grammys need to go back to the drawing board and rethink how they view musicians.

  • @nancydrew5 What the hell are you talking about? If the acadamy for music needed to rethink how they award musicians and based the award off of popularity and record sales, then Beiber would've won the award and not her. You are clearly not a musician. If you were, you'd be basking in the gloriousness of her incredible voice.

  • oh man....I can't believe she beat the Bieb. No comparison.

  • I love how she killed the bass line

  • Absolutely precious....She is so talented....

  • get her and bobby mcferrin to do a improve session now !

  • @90mv YES!!!!!!!!!!! that would be amazing.

  • @90mv from your mouth to the goddess' ear!

  • @kiak00 crazy how they actually had a improve session aint that something

  • @kiak00 i know how crazy is that ,i saw the vid and thought " that was fast "

  • she won a grammy, w00t 2011 best new artist!!

not that new, but she's so good.

  • A very talented woman. Double bass playing sexy woman are in very short supply.

  • she is very talented and fantastic

  • She is beautifully talented.

  • Hey, guys, SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!! I can't hear this beautiful music over your ridiculous bullshit!!!!!

  • @MrStrangeSensation: I could not agree more with you. It is incredible as some persons are able to showcase ignorance, lack of art sense and musical criterion and common sense, all at the same time, as is common in you tube jazz videos. Just an invasion of largemouth and straw talkers!.

  • hmmmmm, creepy......are you grooming me now? Wrongun. Illiterate wrongun, at that.

  • Thanks so much for posting this entire concert!!!

  • FrancescoGuardi sounds like a wet shoebox full of fun.

  • such ignorance.... wet shoe box? ... ugly Bass? .... have you ever stopped to think that's her brilliance?? She masterfully finds such Beauty in such Ugliness... and manages to magnificently share it with the world.

  • @RightoJoe What a stupid answer. You may not be able to imagine that she could sound even better with better equipment - but I do, because it's my profession. And -as said in another answer- extra for you : I didn't say anything against her musical work. The opposite: she deserves better equipment ! Get it now ?

  • Beautyful woman on ugly bass. This instrument is an aesthetic desaster and sounds like wet shoe-box.

  • u sir are classless

  • @FrancescoGuardi hmmm..interesting. I never knew wet shoe boxes can make sound.

  • @Skyjuice70 You've got it : wet shoe box - no sound... :-I

  • @FrancescoGuardi How should it sound? Do you mean it sounds kinda dull and thumpy?

  • @HuggumsMcgehee Yes, exactly. It sounds like many people think a doublebass sounds. But it's only the fact if the strings are old or the instrument is bad. A good doublebass should sing and have a sustain, like fretless bassguitar but with more bottom and "body", so you can better hear the harmonical function of the bass notes.

  • @FrancescoGuardi Musical ignorance. Get out and go die somewhere. How dare you insult a Muse and her work. May curses of all the ages fall upon you.

  • @LawdMyEyes You kiddy didn't read exactly. I didn't write anything about her musical work, which is absolutely great, but about her instrument. Use your brain reading another one's comment. I heard ES in Berlin playing that bass and the sound was terrible.(particulary cause of the unable sound-engineer) She deserves a better instrument cause she is a great musician.Get it now?

  • @FrancescoGuardi Last I saw in the video, she was performing live on a stage and not in a studio with a sound barrier... there's is noting wrong with her bass; the sound cannot resonate like YOU want it to, because there is nothing to cast the reverbation. She's on a freaking stage outside, and I doubt those conditions affect the sound of the instrument to the point where someone would say that it's BAD. YOU'RE BAD. Go crawl under something and rot.

  • @LawdMyEyes No, dipshit - I know this crippled instrument cause I played this type and it's crap, exactly like you babe . :)

  • @FrancescoGuardi three years short of you 50th birthday, and yet you still argue like a fucking child on the internet.

  • @Zeshly Bad answer to bad comments - just putting a piece of shit on a piece of shit, so here's one for you shitty subject

  • @FrancescoGuardi I'm not answering a question, I'm stating pure fact.

Of course, an absolute fucktard such as you wouldn't know the difference.

  • @Zeshly What's really your problem ? If you would have read the complete dialog your reaction would be another. Maybe you should change your therapist ? Or stop drinking ?

Or your partner hasn't been nice to you ? Whatever - don't be sorry, I'm sure you'll solve your problem ! :)

  • @FrancescoGuardi my problem is very simple, you are an opinionated cock that has been ripping into everyone on here.

  • @Zeshly Ouh, I'm very sorry. Hope you have someone to comfort you.

  • @FrancescoGuardi what, similar to that of which you have? You know, the one who spoon feeds you and wipes your arse, whilst you type using that specially adapted headgear? You bleating dribbler.

  • @Zeshly Amazing, that a bleating dribbler like me is able to let you be so upset.

What about Valium - maybe Haldol -? I wouldn't feel fine being responsible

if you hit someone next instead of me. So better you hit your head against a wall to get rid of your aggressions. (maybe you did it before and that's the reason for your problem?:-)

  • @FrancescoGuardi are you some sort of cunt, i told you the problem.

My word, what a tedious buffoon you are.

  • @Zeshly Don't be sorry cause you wasted your time with a tedious buffon , - but you're pure fun to me...I guess your age is under 20 , isn't it ?

  • ★★★★★ posting. Thanks!
