Shoalin mantis Kung Fu REALLY emphasises on leg strength, A seasoned veteran of shoalin mantis basically has cement pillars from the knee to the bottom of the foot.

@wazonu Actually, it's not Kung Fu at all, but Wu Shu. These are actors, not Shaolin monks. They are trained in the aerobic art of Wu Shu, not Shaolin Kung Fu.
