This is what the aggies and raiders do when they accidentally slip and up and beat Texas. Very dumb and degrading move by the students. Texas has won enough over the years where this kind of behavior is just down right embarrassing.

And if you didn't notice, i think the point of this video was to highlight an underdog beating a national title contender..and in this case it happens to be two texas schools - and two rivaling cities. No one whines when Stanford beats nationally hated USC (2007).
The only numbers that matter are the ones that show all time. You can't argue. Doesn't matter if you win 5-6-7 times in a row. 7 dominating wins, i won't take that from UH. But like i said, all time says it all 16-7-2. Again, I'm not taking away from your 7 game streak of domination vs UT (as you people refer to it) but the better team should dominate... granted there probably were a few games where UT was "better" and just didn't perform...
I agreed with the announcers that it was a bit excessive for UT fans to rush the field and tear down the goal posts especially against Cougar High. But, hey, they were caught up in the moment. That game was one big emotional outpouring. DKR Memorial Stadium was rocking that night.
It's understandable, considering how UT had been getting their guts stomped out annually by the Cougars. 60-40, 66-15, 47-9... It wasn't pretty for the whorns in those years against "Cougar High." In fact, it never was pretty for UT against UH. They never wanted UH in the SWC, and their first conference meeting in Austin in 1976 was proof of why:
You should beat us when we had 15 starters out in the 1976 game including a future Heisman Trophy winner or when you were committing 250 recruiting violations in the late 1980s. We really need to talk more about the present:
