The sex registry is a joke. Only a small percent of registered offenders are deemed dangerous by the judicial system. A huge bulk of them are consensual, statutory cases , even 19 year olds with 16 year olds. Its all overblown, media hysteria. Is Elvis a sex offender for marrying Priscilla at 14? Was he a public threat? I think not
