  • How many repetitions per exercise??

  • @ShayneLee

Yeah! That program at the site

    AmazingAbs.info

rocks!! I only had it for weeks now

and I can see change in my mid

section! Its pretty amazing! It works

best if you had abs before though

    its all about muscle memory..:))

  • Hi hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got hot Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • I am looking for the squishy 2lb, 3lb, and 4lbs squishy medicine balls. Anyone know where I can buy them? Is there a specific name for the squishy type? Thanks~!

  • about time !!

  • the truh about abs /watch?v=GESrGV68jA0

  • this shit piss's me OFF !! i popped the ball becasue i kept fallin off it

  • Y do i only feel my back muscles when i barely accomplish the exercises? I guess im doing it wrong!

  • Yo how much is the ball? And are there other exercises u can do without them so tht u can fill up the rotation?

  • Awesome! Will give this a go today!

  • hahahah i need to get one ball

  • This dude is quite attractive however I fear my abs are not quite what they need to be for him to want to go out with me!!

  • THIS WORKS !!!

  • Thanks for this video, you're an awesome trainer and it's awesome of you to answer everyones questions like you do.

  • you're from Canada?

  • if its 6 minute abs? then why is this only 4 mins. of video

  • @OhSnapitsJuzDin because it only shows you the exercise, he tells you for how long you have to do it

  • @OhSnapitsJuzDin Cuz is six exersices and each on is 1min

  • @OhSnapitsJuzDin stupid ass, listen to what he says!

  • i am starting the pole shift survival group.

let me know if you are interested.

  • I'm going to try this...I workout and run everyday but it's starting to get a bit boring. This looks like it's more fun because of all the changes....GREAT!!!

  • what if i dont have a stability ball????

  • Use a block of wood and cut niches into it for your arms and feet.

  • Use a basketball.

  • @912joeskee Buy One.

  • Thanks, I found out 2 new excersices which i never thought off, thanks!

  • Today I did this ab routine for the first time. Wow, what a challenge, even for someone like me who does regular ab workouts.

Thanks for another of many great routines!

  • THis workout is awesome biatches!!!

  • Wil this give me the strength of seven psychotic sailors on steroids?

  • lmfao

  • Great for the obliques! I love the mountain climbers. Would you say those were good for the legs too?

  • how long/ how many reps per exercise?

  • thank you man! Great work out! Sweating already! Goood Stuff!

  • Genius workout. I've seen Pavel do a version of that last one with a little wheelie thing, never thought of using the ball.

The TT stuff is very creative and enjoyable.

  • how long/ many reps for each exercise?

  • what body fat percentage should you have to get ur lower abbs show up? Anyone

  • varies

really depends on your body type and muscle mass

some one can have theyre bottom abs showing at 18% body fat and others can hav eless defined abs at 10%

  • thats bullcrap what you just said right there, uve no idea what ure talking about

  • minus 5 % bodyfat for lower abs to show:)

  • I'm at 7% my abs are awesome. you don't need 5%. Wtf are you on about.

  • clown ass!!

  • bboyxcaliber- you would perform this at the end of any turbulence training workout.

    shakaama - I'd suggest 3 days a week

Gnar543 - depending on your level, hold the side plank between 10-30 seconds.

  • sweet shoes

  • LOL!

ho do you trust in a guy with converse?

  • so where in the normal TT workout would you add this? before the intervals??

  • These are really good. And the fun point is that while they might seem easy before one tries them, they are really killer ones.

  • this is really good, i play rugby at quins and there we never work on our abs we work on our muscular endurance and muscular strength but never our abs on there own this is great :)

  • how many time shoudl i do it? 10 each time or? plz help

  • Based upon other work from TT I would suggest 8 to 12 reps per exercise, except three planks of 10 to 20 seconds each. Some of this will depend upon what you can do. This will be intense -six minutes of core work with limited rest so you will likely find your own rep capabilities

  • nice convos bro

  • Great ideas Craig - I'll have to take note of this routine and do it after my next workout on Wednesday.

An interesting 'variation' to the stability ball plank though -- I'm used to the elbows on the ball, but what I do every on occasion is purposely "wiggle" the ball around while I'm doing the plank. Man oh MAN does that work your core. Give it a shot!

  • that is a killer version. very tough. going straight ahead and back, just a couple of inches, is all you need to do to make it very hard. Stay strong!

  • Thats great info dood, thanks for putting that up.

  • You can do this everyday. Is so simple and convenient. I think a little core stimulus everyday is not bad. Especially on recovery days.

  • it looks like a bit of muscle confusion concentrating on the abs. pretty darn good technique.

  • nice, ol' school with the chucks...

  • how many reps for each and how long are you ment to hold the side plank

  • Based upon other work from TT I would suggest 8 to 12 reps per exercise, except three planks of 10 to 20 seconds each. Some of this will depend upon what you can do. This will be intense -six minutes of core work with limited rest so you will likely find your own rep capabilities

  • how many days a week?

  • You really only need to do a workout like this two, maybe three times a week. Full-body workouts should be the bulk of your exercise regimen.

  • I would suggest three times per week as more than enough. I suggest you check out Turbulence Training for more information. It is a good program. (BTW I have been a customer and I am in no way associated with the program).
