Awesome! This is a beautiful example of my 6 EZ steps to shoegaze:

1) Get urself any old guitar....

2) get a delay pedal...

3) get any amp (it must have reverb)....

4) turn up all output knobs (amp (and reverb), guitar and delay)

5) don't practice or tune

6) hit guitar strings in any order

Wah Lah.....shoegaze!!

In this case you could add a 7th step: "Hit bass drum out of time and sing off key!

Hey man, I have this same setup, wow what a brilliant move putting a pad for bass pedal. The bass pedal that came with the ION kit is terrible. You gave me a good Idea! Great now I just have to by a pedal. I am also going for this Shoegaze sound. Great!

the most important one that you hear is rotary and tremelo, I am doing it thru a Pod, I think I had it on fuzz or hi gain with it on about 9-10, bass turned down a bit, 4 x 12 cab setting and then the rotary and a touch of tremelo, cheers
