Im a OST LOVER .. and i can say there is several known OST from diferent pictures mixed in the OST from this game. ... 2 examples: FIFTH ELEMENT from Eric Serra & BLADE RUNNER from Vangelis (this examples are not mixed.. they were simply COPIED exactly. , there is a LOT more mixed music from old OSTs from others films. so do not praise tomuch this OST.
@arakhnist listen this... go to this video /watch?v=FBTzqSmpFuE&feature=related then listen 1:00 to 1:20 then go to this video (eric serra composer) /watch?v=huqsnujusgQ&feature=related and listen 1:18 to 1:40... its a damn joke!!! its an ulgy copy.. this is just an example. There is music from vangelis, from final fantasy, from dragon age origins... i can give you at least 10 examples of raw copy made by the "composers" of this OST pls answer me and tell me what you think...
I think this game is amazing and would be ten times more so if it had the "loose combat" engine of Elder Scrolls. That's really it's only rough area, make the combat system a little less stiff and more managable and I'd play nothing else for a very long time and enjoy every minute.
One of the most (if not the most) beautiful tracks in the game. In fact, the whole OST is a masterpiece. They also managed to have the music blend really well with the atmosphere of the various areas in the game.
@wackojim Because movies have already survived the struggle to become as critically acclaimed as they are and video games are still in the early stages of becoming recognized. Won't stop me from enjoying them.

Look at Kill Bill and then at Lady Snowblood.
Every single good thing that guy had in any movie is copycated. And still he is famous as fuck and makes millions.
So who cares where he took the inspirations for that OST.

Most underrated RPG of all time. A serious contender with those like Oblivion and Dragon Age.

@WolfgangRavenna The sad thing is that the mother of the series, Divine Divinity, was one of the best games of its time, and not just in the genre.

Agree with you. Combat system is what makes this game bad. But other than that its a good rpg game

Beautiful beyond words...
The Divinity 2 soundtrack surpasses that of many movies. How come Kirill Pokrovsky isn't already a renowned fim composer?
