The track is 'Long Way From Home' by Chris Velan. It also took me a long time to find it. In the end I found he had a Facebook 'fan page'. He appears to have some other videos too, check them out. :) x

It took me ages and in the end my resourceful daugher soughted it out. For those who want to know the sound track is;-

I also want to add what a fabulous place Stuart has in the Dales Monutain Biking Centre and the riding in Swaledale is better than any trail centre in my view. It is pure, unaldulterated, technical, strenuous and rewarding. Just wish it was a bit closer.
