is there a way to calculate with out a fat caliber? I learned in health class back in 10th grade called the "pinch test"? idk? maybe you can use reg measuring tape (measuring around your hips, for all im trying to do is gain abs and muscle) or just pinch every week and watch as the pounds shred off? id appreciate the feed back. and chck out my day 1 p90x vid to get a better idea of my body type.
