Depends where you learn in. When ever I do them for MMA, wrestling in school or in ROTC, I always do full pushups. In ROTC, its more of an eight count body builder.
still wrong bitch in prison we do the squat the sesaw to work out legs al lthe way up then u throw ur legs back n do 3 pumps (push ups) foos were doing 5 and 10 pumps thats hard and we would always do 113 if u do wromng u get more i did 1300 push ups hahah....fuc ka bitch
can you do burpees 4 or 5 times per week??? or should it only be 1-3 times a week???

@motorcyclemike636 lmao. No it doesn't. Clapping is useless. Personally, I hate clapping during any jump exercise - burpees, jumping jacks, whatever.
This guy's real problem was doing the worm during his pushup because he's trying to go faster than he can actually handle.

Not completely proper but much better than what youtube usually offers.
The last component you need to make this perfect is to keep your body straight through the pushup movement. You drop your belly.
