Actually, there are two PS3s in the video. The first PS3 was a 3.01 update and the disc drive died when I inserted a game in it. I bought a new one which was still on firmware 2.43 and it never loaded. The woman gave me my money back via PayPal, but I think these videos being posted definitely helped the situation. I posted them a day after I received the package.

i taught it was new firmware but i heard people that had some issues with that firmware as well sucks.. glad you firmware 3.01 is working for you

complain to paypal, most of the time you can get your money back making a dispute with the seller
