But at the end of the video, when he starts to clap...well, I got the impression that he was a little slow. Rewatched it, actually looking at him, and it kinda looks like it, I think. It's worth noting that the 0:01 - about 1:20 is actually "Dennis Murphy's Polka". My celtic group usually integrates this with "John Ryan" and two others. The speed-up was a nice touch!
