  • Shuld put the 392 hemi in one, maybe make a raptor contender

  • @cmaszerowski Raptors cost 20k more, I'm sure with another 10k of mods you can do something nice with it ;)

  • Dear Santa....

  • Love my tacoma, its much more capable offroad. But still this truck is badass. I wish it came in diesel

  • Why buy a full size truck like this with only a six foot bed? Defeats the purpose of buying it.

  • 14 people are afraid of the Ram because they look so mean!!!

  • I LOVE the power wagon. But I ended up buying ford. Cheaper, better on gas. Would love a ram though.

  • @ThePantyDroper i can't belive you choose truck for the gasoline money :D here in Sweden the gasoline cost is 10x that of US... and just owning a big car you have to pay three or four times the taxes on it.

  • @NaXoth It's crazy how expensive gas is there. Not exactly a bad thing because you guys get diesel cars. Here the only diesels you can get are trucks, vw and just recently bmw 335D. But one of the reasons you guys pay so much is because of the quality/octane. We have 86 octane. Some places have 94 and it's very expensive.

My truck is quite good on gas. It has a 3.7 V6. I get 9.8L/100 km on the hwy and 13L/100 km city

  • @ThePantyDroper Well diesel is pretty much the same price now a days, you have to pay extra taxes for driving diesel, i have a 2,4 5Cyl, i get about 0,8/100km hwy and 1,1/100 in the city... and yes we do indeed have high octane regulary 95/98 and in some areas 99... what truck do you have? i drive a Volvo S80

  • @NaXoth That's some very good mileage. I wish we had more cars here with diesel engines. North americans love their gas and hybrid vehicles. Little do most people know diesels get better mileage than a hybrid. I have a 2011 F150, just bought it 3 weeks ago. I really wanted the power wagon but couldn't afford it.

  • @ThePantyDroper how is it buying a car brand new does it got that feeling when you're just like.. oh it's all mine ! :D

  • @NaXoth haha ya, I still can't beleive it's mine. before this I had a 96 vw jetta, before that a 90' golf and before than an 86 gti. So this is a huge upgrade. I always told myself I'll never buy a brand new vehicle but this time I did because I was in a car accident. Someone hit me head on, his fault. My car was destroyed. I decided after that to buy something new and safe. My jetta was highly modified and was not safe at all. I do miss it though, audi 1.8T swap with a K04 turbo.

  • @ThePantyDroper Oh my i understand what you mean about the crash i've been in several motorbike crashes which led me to buy a car instead, i used to have a few bikes and a Golf 86... but after that i decided to get a Volvo because they are so much safer and i couldn't belive it either when i got it from an 86 golf to third owner on a 2000 Volvo which is super hyped and luxurious and it have been only driven by one person from work and back !.. seems great minds think alike !

  • @NaXoth Volvo was actually my first choice after my accident because of the safety rating. The S80 is one of my favourite cars. But I've always needed a truck. It sucks we had to learn the hard way to buy a safe vehicle rather than the vehicle you want lol. I miss my jetta a lot but I feel better knowing I'm in something safe.

A bike is something I've always wanted but everyone I've talked to who rides or use to ride was in some type of accident. Seems risky.

  • @ThePantyDroper Yeah Volvo is the world leading in safety and they're very comfortable, and about the bikes thats true i don't know anyone that havent had some kind of accident on a bike..

  • This is an awesome truck, but I dont see the point. It has all of the good components of an offroader yet it still is a long wheelbase and has large overhangs. This looks like more of a hauler to me yet it can only pull 10,300 lbs (1/2 trucks usually pull this) If I remember correctly ford actually has a V6 that will pull that much. It's definitely a good truck, I just don't see the point.

  • @ktmlover90 It's called a compromise. Need to give up towing and payload for the articulation. But who would buy this to haul that much frequently, it would be a waste. But the 6000+ pounds of the PW do alot more for you control wise when shit goes south towing a trailer!

  • All aother turcks SUCK dodge truck is simplely the best

  • Remember this is their power wagon version not just a regular ram. I am and always will be a chevy/gmc guy but this truck isn't too bad. Although i like the old dodge power wagons a lot better. Those things were beasts off the lot as is.

  • im a ford guy all the way

I dont hate on other peoples trucks or what they drive.

But i do know no matter who you are ford, chevy dodge, toyota, or nissan... thats a badass motherfucker of a truck

  • ten thousand and 300 pounds... like 10,000 pounds of pulling power wasnt awesome enough they had to through in another 300

  • People really do take the time and write paragraphs about Trucks O___O

  • lol this guy trips me out

  • How high of a lift does the power wagon come with?

  • @kkmonazzami810 2 inches

  • Mopar or no car

  • @96timmyy96 amen

  • meh. bring in the svt raptor >:D

  • @bobbybob3680 or the 2011 gmc all terrain concept

  • this truck is begging for 35's

  • Nice to see that so many retarded men have the ability to make comments on the internet.

  • I wish you could get cummins diesels in the power wagon

  • Awesome! Need regular cab version!

  • I wonder what I could do to a 72-75 Powerwagon for 45K...

  • i bet everyone who owns this truck has a small penis, especially this host

  • @tonyhawksacriminal well you just lost that bet, sucks for you, trying to make other people sound like yourself, it's not the worlds fault that you have a small dick.

  • Here in Brazil this car costs the equivalent of $ 90,000;;;;!!! Brazil's government is criminal and teroris ...!!!

  • Too bad it won't last more than 100k miles

  • I don't see what this has over a Defender 110, but I guess those aren't available in the US.

  • 1. raptor

    2. powerwagon

    3. all Teriann

    4. zr2

  • @XJOJO411

Fuck the All-terrain. from Crybaby Motor Company..

  • I love it but ill never own a 2500 with a hemi thats what the cummins are made for plus I think the 1500 can pull as much as the 2500.

  • @400exrider92 Diesel engines suck off road. Off road = V-8. If you want a tow vehicle, stick with the 2500 HD Cummins 4x4.

  • @Sodiumreactor Why is a v8 so much better pretty much the same thing only gas revvs higher but there isnt really a lot of use for more rpms off road. High rpms only make you wear things out and break parts when your off the beatin path

  • @400exrider92 Excellent point my friend!! You are, without a doubt, the most intelligent Diesel driver I have ever ran across. Yes, high rpms can cause trouble off road. But, high torque can do the same thing. If there is one thing that a diesel is good for, its making gobs of torque. So I would say they are even there. But IMO, the main thing, is the weight difference. The diesel weighs more, all that weight on the front end. Not good for off roading.

  • @Sodiumreactor v8 vs cummins is 200lb not that big of a difference and what kinda of off roading are you doing with a ram cant be that much unless its got some good suspension parts on it and if thats the case then 200lb doesnt make much of a difference.

  • @400exrider92 Minimum 200lbs difference from the 6.7 to the Hemi stripped.....Once you have the entire diesel powertrain with hardware it jumps to 600lb ish. (The 6spd auto is alot heavier than the 5spd auto) That makes a difference. Cummins for towin, Hemi for goin.

  • Toyota Hilux is the best !

  • @ZZZeyad Realibility? Yes. Everything else? No.

  • power wagon is BADASS period, yeah the raptor is cool, but these trucks are not even made for the same dutys. you don't take desert racers rock crawling, and you dont take rock crawlers desert racing! simple as that, all this arguing makes you all look stupid! Ya wanna compare the power wagon to something atleast in the same league, (nothing) or a ford superduty, or chevys HD (highly dissappointed) trucks. compare the raptor to the RAMRUNNER

  • gawd you to realy hate each other. god forbid that dodge brings back a classic 4wd package!! how dare they tread on the ground that is the raptors!!! j/k ill take the dodge, id rather not look like a wanbe off road racer in my raptor.

i live in east tennessee where mountains live ,andi work as a hunting and fishing guide for rocky top outfitters. i have to get into some hairy spots to retreave downed animals , a winch standard is a very nice thing! got to ride in a raptor once, nolike!

  • This thing kicks the shit out of the "All Terrain" but the raptor gets the crown in my world. This is a very nice Dodge though.

  • Kinda funny you never see truck manufacturers take their trucks off road in commercials maybe a dirt road or two lol

  • nice comming up the hill sweet

  • wow you can lock the front and rear diffs? hmmmm score one for dodge.

  • THe GMC All-Terrain makes this thing look like a matchbox car.

  • dodge is awesome

  • wish they made it with the cummins

  • u guys cant compare a rapter to the power wagan the raptor was made for off road racing and the power wagon was made for what it shows in the video climbing over rocks and going through mud

  • i like the raptor but wit a price tag of 60 grand before tax im goin wit the power wagon for 45

  • I think I just converted from a GM guy to a Ram guy. This is a nice truck.

Although I'm waiting for the new Sierra All Terrain.

  • Comment removed

  • @Charles2337 It's cool but it will never come out. My first ride was a '81 K5, when they built a couple prototypes of a new K5 in early 2000-2002 I wanted one. They never made it out.

  • @Charles2337 Im with you man, dodge is Awesome!!!!!

  • the new gmc sierra all terrain hd will murder this

  • @296jayce

    I actually agree it will.

  • all american like pickups.

  • this plus a manual and a cummins=un-fucking-stoppable

  • 45000 BUCKS.

    thats a lot of cash.

  • Ok why the fuck are we still going on about this? some people like ford some people like dodge. as you can see from my comment i'm a dodge fan and nothing that ford or gm comes up with can change that. i left that comment 4 months ago and i'm still getting shit for it. come on people leave it alone, let the kids fight for this one. now I'm gonna go mudding with my dodge and anyone who disagrees with my comment or whats to comment on it can fuck off.

  • I want to get this and rub it in my neighbors 10 inch lifted Chevy's face. This thing has a 3 inch lift and yet it would own the shot out of it.

  • IM A FORD DIE HARD BUT I LIKE THIS

  • No diesel, no thanks.

  • @h4h4h4 stfu troll cause your jealous your h3 couldnt do this

  • I'm a Chevy guy.......I have to admit the power wagon is bad ass. The 70's ones too.

  • dodge all the way!!!!!!

  • People are trying to compare apples and oranges. The Power Wagon is for that guy that wants to go off roading and still come home in his own truck. You look at all the chevy and ford commercials, they never once mention a dodge. You know why? Cause they can't compete with it, simple as that. Yes it may cost 45K, but look what it comes with. Dana 60's front and rear. Locking Diffs, disconnecting sway bar, 2" lift, heavy duty transfer case, 12k winch all wrapped in a full size pick up. Good deal

  • @URBANghost058 naw they know if the mention doge, doge will sue there asses

  • @URBANghost058 sorry but ford been beat this raptor! they trying to beat ford

  • @URBANghost058 P.O.S. = Dodge

  • @URBANghost058 lol this 2500 is less capable (towing and hauling) than an F150

  • @EatmyDust1311 because that's not what it's made for dufus. its made for off roading not for towing, you want towing then you get a ram pickup not a power wagon.

  • @JSK0777 im not talking about the power wagon "dufus" the ram 2500 can only tow 12k lbs with the max tow package while an f150 can to 11500

  • @EatmyDust1311 wow i was writing a response pointing out how your a fanboy of ford and how shitty their trucks are and also how you put "this" implying the powerwagon. but i dont don't feel like argueing with a dumbass. good luck with your shit ford.

  • @JSK0777 im talking about the gvwr of the ram. you cannot load it more than its rated or your SOL if you get in an accident because you will not be insured. im not a fnboy, ford makes the best 1/2 ton trucks, gm makes the best HD trucks. dodge makes a good truck for the metrosexual urban cowbys that think they need a lifted pickup to tow a jetski 2 times a year. coil springs are bad for towing.

  • @EatmyDust1311 lol? your obviously a fanboy and a dodge hater, your just ignorant or arrogant.

I trust dodge trucks, as a matter of a fact i have 2 dodge trucks both dually and 1 a flat bed. i tow a goose neck trailer full of equipment from washington to california about 6 to 8 times a year. i dont look at ads or statistics or what they say with letters and numbers, im not a cowboy, my truck isnt lifted and i don't jetski. i actually work with trucks and i have 10 years experience to back it up.

  • @JSK0777 here is a fact for you (you rarely use facts huh?). since from may 2010 to may 2011 ford sold 214,461 F series trucks while Ram sold only 90,536 trucks. i think the people with much more then 10 years of "expericance" know which truck is better... and why chrysler products fill the bottom of reliablity studues every single year. watch my videos. if i lived in the mountains or any place without a desert, i would have a power wagon.

  • @EatmyDust1311 wow sales have really taken a dump

  • @Adam19822000 based on recent reliability reports of the past few years, mopar has slipped in quality.....and I have a damned good 2003 liberty so I guess things took a nose dive after that, unfortunately. It's really ashame - as a patriotic american, I want our vehicles to be the best of the best but consumer reports indicates that american vehicles - with a few exceptions - just aren't that great.

  • @JSK0777 continued... but all ram trucks have lower capablities than thier competition. they look nice and ride nice, but they dont have the chassis to do the work other trucks can. they dont have the reliablity. they guzzle gas, unlike the ford trucks. also, dont brag about being an uninformed consumer. all vehicles have a gross weight rating. if you overload the vehicle and get into an accident, you are not covered. you can also void your warranty.

  • @EatmyDust1311 From personal experience I can say a little differently on the gas mileage side of things, I previously owned a 2011 Ford F250 4x4 with the 6.7 Diesel. For a truck that size it got good mpg on the freeway, from Flagstaff AZ to Phoenix and back it would average 27mpg with 2k lbs in the bed. I recently bought a Dodge 2500 2011 4x4 6.7 Cummins, same trip same payload and I'm averaging 35 mpg. So just b/c a magazine did test figures doesn't mean that's what they are in the real world.

  • @adamslurch71 There are still way to many variables your not accounting for, such as gearing, outside temperature and humidity, and if the engines were properly broken in and average speed. i will assume they were the same cab configurations?

  • @EatmyDust1311 Seeing as how its Arizona where one day to the next in a week are all the same for heat humidity and such yea that's not a factor, as for gearing the final drive gearing was identical for freeway speeds. and the Ford was a crew cab and the Dodge was a Mega cab.

  • @EatmyDust1311 how often do you even haul or tow the max load?my guess is never, the most weight people ever haul in their life is usually a car either on a dolly or loaded in a trailer. you however may actually use your truck for what its intended for but the majority of truck owners never do. i know a guy who has a 2500 4x4 ram 4 door quad cab v10 magnum. dosent do work with it. its his daily driver. my old 92 4.3 4x4 cheyenne hauled about 2500 lbs of concrete in the bed. a tad over loaded lol

  • @GMCman82 i explore the raptors payload 1-3 times a month (and go offroad occasionaly) but dont tow too often. you are right, most trucks are not used like trucks. the ones that tend to be the ones that promise to get the job done best. i dont know about hauling 2500 lbs in a cheyenne (maybe a cyclone). it seems risky, but im sure it could. i wouldnt want to get into any emerganccy braking or maneuvering situations though, because the truck wasnt built to control all that weight.

  • @GMCman82 then payload cap. was supposed to be like 1200 but i didnt want to make multiple trips plus i didnt have to go far i was using it to fill in sink holes on my farm. ya i even offroaded in it to get to them with all that weight lol. the mud tires carried it well but the suspension was all the way down. the leaf springs were flat and more than half the tire was in the wheel well. but that little ol 4.3 just kept chuggin along. plus it helped it had the 3.73 gears instead of the 3.42

  • @URBANghost058 could agree more offroad wise raptor cannot keep up with the power wagon open sand jumping ect the power wagon cannot keep up with the raptor

  • @URBANghost058 I agree with your comment about the "Package" this truck is, but as simple as it is for you to say they cant compete with Ford's and Chevy's It is even easier for me to say as a Dodge Mechanic at the Dodge repair shop, I would have to say it is the other way around. Now Im trying not to make it sound like I am trolling, but I will tell you that the majority of the vehicles that come in are Dodge (Since we sell other brand vehicles there).

  • @URBANghost058 The main issue with the vehicles are the Tranny's and the steering differential's, along with sensors always going bad. Now this is not a bad truck....very nice indeed ( I am currently driving one since I can lease it cheap from the Dealership) but I will never buy one of these vehicles unless I get a 150,000 mile warranty that will cover everything....which will not happen

  • of course dodge copys the raptor with the bf goodrichs but i rather have the raptor. atleast its not a chevy though, i rather drive a dodge than a chevy

  • @funnyjunk0123 Dodge has had BF Goodrichs for awhile now. If anything Ford copied Dodge.

  • Not much of a Dodge guy but the articulation is pretty bomb on this, but I'd still get a Raptor based on looks alone. In many ways too different kind of vehicles. I wouldn't take a Power Wagon 90 mph through the Mojave Desert but I wouldn't crawl up the side of Mt Whitney with a Raptor. Both are pretty decent for what they're designed for. As far as GM goes, sorry it's just all stickers and show.

  • Too bad the raptor is better for less money

  • Wow I really like the locking diff and that sway bar disconnect thing. Very cool truck.

  • the tow hitch is so you can pull the raptor out of a sticky situation

  • can you get a cummins in this truck even though its not a choice from factory?

  • @pmbazman15 Nah, they dont offer it I herd because that big ol' winch wouldnt be able to fit in there because of the cummins' huge rad n intercooler.

  • @911SHIZBO idk bout you but i would much rather have the cummins than a winch.

  • @pmbazman15 Yeah me to , to be honest , and like I could just throw on my own if I really wanted positioned differently etc...but I dunno I guess its all about "factory" performance or what ever

  • @pmbazman15 theres 2500s that come with cummins but i don thtink u can get 1 with a powerwagon

  • @bigfatjohn120 What do you drive? Just need to know, so I can bash your favorite brand.

  • My friends piece of shit ford F 350 got stuck in a 50 Foot mudflat and one of these pulled him put no problem and the Power Wagon had to go in the mud to get him out.

  • FORD, GM, DODGE > Nissan, Toyota, Honda,

  • @SecularTechnology right you are! there is something very wrong with a manufacturer who dosn't even know what diesel is!

  • You guys are so fucking stupid. This truck can do things that every other Ford, or Chevy cannot do. It has up to 12 more inches of travel, and IFS, solid front axel.

  • @SecularTechnology you said the dodge has IFS (independent front suspension) and a solid front axle, how does that work? and the power wagon cant do anything a raptor can do, like high speed off roading. And i am not saying the power wagon sucks for what it was designed to do it does it very well.

  • @0xGabrielx

The main thing I was comparing was the PW to regular HD's, not the Raptor. I'm not familiar with the Raptor all that well. IFS means you can do things like get over technical terrain without moving the whole truck body.

  • @SecularTechnology what do you think IFS stands for?, and sorry i misunderstood you about what you were comparing it to.

  • Comment removed

  • @0xGabrielx

IFS stands for Independent Front Suspension. Overall it's okay for standard terrain. But you want a solid front axle if you're going on steep inclines sideways, as the tires will be parallel with the incline, but the frame is still level

  • @SecularTechnology you said it has IFS and a solid rear axle

  • @0xGabrielx

I meant the Ram has a IFS variant, and and solid front axle.

  • whats the price?

  • @bigfatjohn120

Don't be mad that Americans still have money in their pockets and you don't have shit.

  • nice truck but.. id so much rather have a range rover for off roading

  • @andypandycool range rovers cant do even half of what Power Wagons can do.

  • @MetalSanke yeah they can, they can do more

  • i wish they would put the cummins in the power wagon and the power wagon on at least 35's without lifting it just make the fenders clear then it would be perfect

  • @kaution9876 That would be a pretty badass combo. I think they don't offer it like that because the cummins engine is really heavy and with the also kind of heavy winch up front too, it would be slower and wouldn't handle as well. That's just a guess though.

  • @NorthwestAdventure Good guess. I agree. Most people are Cummins this, Cummins that, but have never done serious wheelin. It is way to heavy. If they have ever had to help rescue one they would now this. Now for towing I would take it 100%. The new Duramax and Powerstroke may have more power but I like how the 6.7 pulls from a stand still. Can't be beat.

  • this truck is beast but i like the raptor alot too there are both really good trucks beats the hell outa chevy

  • @oldspiceman13

    what is chevy?

    :P

  • @OfficerSheepDog your funny

    :P

  • @oldspiceman13 The new GMC Sierra All Terrain HD concept puts both these trucks to shame. They're all great, I can't wait for a 3 way comparison of factory off road offerings.

  • @ABCDEFR the power wagon and the raptor can beat the gmc

  • @oldspiceman13 it would b sad if the powerwagon and the raptor didnt beat a Chevy being that Chevy doesnt have a dedicated, limited production, off roader

  • @oldspiceman13 they are both great trucks, but meant for COMPLETELY different off-road driving.

  • @BrantFortunate ya i agree but they are both great trucks

  • Do these come in Diesle? fuck the 5.7

  • Raptor or Power Wagon? Each do the deed quite well. I'll take the Power Wagon every time.

  • power wagon is so badass yes the raptor is the most put togeter truck but i would rather have power in my truck than speed

  • 2005? no i have a 74 powerwagon in my garage right now, you sir are a liar

  • Dodge for the win, Dodge > all > ford

  • @Gorideyurbike Unless you're comparing the Power Wagon to a Raptor

  • @AutoStigmata Completely two different type of vehicles, Im sure if dodge made a similar off roader it would be better..

    They're just diff

  • first thing u gotta do when u by this beast is switch out those A/T BFGs for a set of mud terrain BFGs

  • Ford>GM>Toyota>Nissan>Mahindra>Dodge

  • @austinman1995 I think it should be required to pass your drivers test

  • the power wagon and the raptor are for different uses. both are sick trucks but are for different applications. dodge is and has always been a work truck and so id the powerwagon while the raptor is for speed and jumps, theyr different trucks stop comparing them

  • The 2011 Dodge Power wagon concept looks incredible! This 2010 neds 35 inch tires to complete it.

  • Why are you all fucking hateing on American trucks. Why dont we all hate on the gook trucks

  • Comment removed

  • Some of you idiots are so fucking retarded. I love all American trucks, but you guys just comment complete bullshit like: "Ford's have shit towing". They have the highest towing in both half-ton AND Heavy Duty.

  • the ford raptor is a piece of shit. fords half tons have always sucked.

  • Comment removed

  • @SecularTechnology 411hp for the 6.2l v8

  • @x1boomer

The Raptor is a lot lighter keep in mind.

  • @jdvortec i guess being better at absolutely everything means it sucks?

  • fuck the raptor, the front end will snap off with its piece of shit IFS. fuck fords

  • @dodgekid83 keep hating you tard. how many raptor front ends have you seen snapped off, better yet have you even driven one?

  • @x1boomer , IFS BLOWS. i will keep hatin you tard. fuck your pos ford

  • Comment removed

  • @EatmyDust1311, hmmm. think about this smart ass. when you put a $30,000 IRS system on a trophy truck id hope it would be strong. but when we talk about both vehicles being bone stock...... yea. im pretty sure anyone who would beat the shit out of a truck or do any real work with it would use a solid axle.

  • @dodgekid83 have you ever seen a raptor in person? i didnt think so. and so what if it breaks, ford will fix it for free. nobody has ever broken the irs on thier raptor

  • @EatmyDust1311 , yeah ive seen a raptor in person. pleny of them. i think theyre pretty gay lookin. and no one has broken it yet cuz they havent been on the market long enough for anyone to anything bad enough to stress it

  • Comment removed

  • @EatmyDust1311 Haha you said theyd fix it for free. but go to get your oil changed, ya its free. for $23. Nothing is free, they say that for u to buy them. maybe you should go to the shop instead of reading a catalog or watching tv

  • @kkkchuck i change my own oil. its not very hard you know

  • @EatmyDust1311 ya i know i do to. but ask anyone. they say its free but its not. unless under warranty

  • @kkkchuck the first oil change was on the dealer, but they dont know how to work on a raptor and spilt dirty oil all over the f-n skidplate, which smelt real good on the way home since they didnt clean it up or tell me

  • @EatmyDust1311 haha that stinks

  • @kkkchuck For more info on Raptors and find other owners, forget the sh*thole z forum and go to the good guys at svtoffroad dot com, thats a good place with a lot of info on the Raptor

  • @EatmyDust1311 lol? for a diesel truck? its not hard at all 30 mins max. unless your half retard judging from your previous comments.

  • @EatmyDust1311 *iFs, not irs.

  • i normally don't like dodge... but this thing is badass

  • i want this fuckin truck

  • yea but raptor can't haul worth a ford which is poop
