Magick is based on the force of the Human spirit. Picture energy leaving your body from your heart or the center of your chest. Let it travel down your arm into the fire. Force it out of you, picture a fire hydrant or a high pressure hose. This will help move the energy from your middle Chakra.

i squint only when my eyes start to pry open. i had a lucid dream recently when i literally woke up inside my dream so i just decided to fly but it was so weird like a camera zoom into the sky kind of feeling. i woke up shortly because my eyes spread open and was so mad, but when i woke up there was no difference in consciousness or alertness just different realms.
Sometimes, I get this feeling, not a depressed feeling but a surreal calm. and it happens sometimes when I am staring at something, my mind goes blank, like i dont think of anything specific at that time. and though I'm right in front of whatever it is I was staring, my vision starts to zoom out. And though Im there I feel like going away from that point where i was, I still see infront of me but its kinda like a small area where I was staring and other areas are blurry .....

Nice video; flame pulsing can be done from a distance hands free, size & distance don't matter. Developing the sixth chakra or upper dantian helps:)
