you are a great cook . you make it seem so easy. can i ask something? what are the brown or black points that appear on 1:04 min in the muffins? sorry i just cant guess what are they
@300ringo I think that are bananas, because when they stay on a room temperature the tend to go brown or black. I hope the spelling is right, and this is understandable :)
High Tea is part of the English tea traditions that started around the 1800's. It was served around six in the evening, and consisted of a full dinner meal for the common people. Tea was still served, but there would also be meats, fish or eggs, cheese, bread and butter, and cake. It was more of a man's meal, than a ladies social diversion.
this was very informative and i will certainly use this method XD. i liked how easily you made the muffins as if one was just putting butter and muisjes on a bread.

@wwwcooktv
Nothing major:
1) Replace "an high tea" "a high tea"
2) Replace "an snack" with "a snack"
3) Capitalize the "I" in "and I hope"

wow, I never knew banana muffins could be made this way; this is cooool, but to enhance the taste, one could use vanilla, cinammon and(or) nutmeg.
Im gonna try this method, though - looks reaaaaaaaaaally good.
