any level that played Watch Your Back was a hard one i've realized

This and "Mercs" was like a major turning point in my life. These games were intense and the music made it feel like a part of my life.

No man's land was crazy because you had to inspect and destroy everything (yes, even the hardened stuff!) in under 15 minutes or your dropship would abandon you to be killed by enemy reinforcements!

For being part of a "trial of refusal" between clans, there was nothing formal about this mission! It's basically a Navy SEALs hit-and-run extraction!

Watch Your Back...jeez, what a pain in the butt that level was...but it was fun. Sometimes, though, I cheated and used...oh what was it? ctrl+alt+shift - gankem? Something like that. Killed enemies automatically.

Does anyone know what I need to type to find the music from the tutorials and the options menu on the playstation version of this game?

If you want soundtracks from the playstation version of the game including the option soundtrack and the opening scene track, just type in 'galbadia hotel' in google. Then search for mechwarrior 2 there. Its got all the tracks.

Atm, galbadia hotel is currently down cos they need donations or something. So you will have to wait for it to come back up.

Any1 knows what is the name of the soundtrack during the opening scene of MW2 31st century war? The scene where the timberwolfs engaged the summoners

That soundtrack was only made for and used in that opening video. I've looked for it myself and it seems that there is no separate version or specific name for it.

Thanks frogjedi. I did hear that song during create own game mission n also during campaign. Just that it has the slow sequence beat that sounds like from indian "tabla" drum. Sorry for being late.

@RealTwiner The one in the intro starts out quite differently from the first track. I have an audio version of it but the sfx are still present so it's not worth uploading until I can find a version without the sfx.

watch your back has got to be one of the best levels on the game. havin to escort that limo to the opera house through that city fighting off the hellbringers. can't forget that ever.

Perimeter Assualt is playing during one of my favorite missions. It's been a while (13 years?) and I can't remember the name of it, but it's a Clan Wolf mission. Your job is to ride a stolen Jade Falcon Mad Dog into the enemy base with an expired identification code. Your objective is to destroy their base's power core. Naturally, your code fails to check out at the worst possible time. The creepy music really helps out a lot. Fun mission. =)

Ahh, to relive my childhood games. The last track always somehow made me think that the composer had Russia in mind while making it. I mean to me, it just feels like it has Russia written all over it.

Do you think that you may be able to upload the tracks from MW2 Ghost Bear's Legacy? GBL has a kick-ass track that was the intro for 31st Century Combat's installation for the Titanium Edition. Thanks for the effort regardless! Your uploads and our interests keeps MW2 alive.
