I forgot three other good points: You can have 1-3 mistresses, you can resurrect your fallen minions, and it's still funny :D

It's an ideal sequel, but still has the bad side of sequels following it.

Flaws in the game: Poor boss fights, you have to either control all or kill all to get that side's ending (auto save makes this worse). No save slots for one saved game. The tower can't be customised. The armour looks poor, the spells are terrible, there's little variety in enemies, AI is shit, the camera is worse.

Good points: Music still kicks ass, the graphics are better, Overlord combat is better, minions are stronger. More lands, still original, blues are useful, and you're more evil.

Good game, I recomend it for anyone. I bought it for a special discount off steam for about $15. It lasts for another day so buy it while u can. Otherwise if u go into a game store it'll be around $80

clocked this game in 2 days. yea... like 18 hours ingame it shows on my save file. hahahaha. Good game though it should last you guys plenty longer, its because I rushed through the whole thing without reading any dialogues. Just beat the game senselessly hahaha didnt take my time like most ppl did. Although as many ppl have said, they could of made the game longer.

First one is better imo. They could've improved alot of things at 2. The story for example. Rose makes only about 5 times a appearance (each appearance was only about 20 seconds). Velvet and Overdad doesn't make an appearance at all. Also the armor doesn't or hardly changes at all (at least not enough for me to notice if it does change). But never the less overall it's still a great game, not as good as Overlord 1 but then again Overlord 1 is simply magnificent!:D
