Simply do the same with goat as for lamb. I can't remember how many kgs those legs were, but one camp oven with two legs will easily feed around eight people. The recipe is pretty well bullet proof. I tried it once with a very young kid with white meat and it was stunning! Happy cooking.
great show !this is seriously top food cooked at its best, would also love to know if there are places in the flinders where you could camp and hunt to help keep the ferral populations down. any one know? would love to here from anyone cheers!!!
mate all the flinders range control is done by recreational hunters as part of operation bounce back.
To be part of this look up SSAA South Australia and join their Hunting and conservation group.
Admittedly i'm in NSW and haven't been part of this, but its a very well known program. Other wise you could always look up private property around the flinders and ask the farmer/owners for permission to hunt
