Looks nice, but very different from what my mother makes it (she is algerian from Algiers) :) But I guess you can do it differently? :)

@ZeheraFela , I am very sure your mother makes it more authentic than i did! I am not Algerian and i got the recipe from many sources online and tried to make it as best as i could :)

This recipe for "el Tadjine Zitoune" made with a roast chicken is much more French than Algerian. Moreover, I find the music somewhat offset with the sweetness of the dish; an Algerian song was more in harmony with the subject.
