i have the same problem with mine. i run the dazzle with pinnacle software. Standard definition TV, with composite AVI cables and my videos are shit. if i try to change the quality in pinnacle to best, the video jumps around and the audio refuses to match up. suggestions?

I have the Dazzle DVD recorder, and it looks better than this quality. Yes there is a difference in quality between the DVD recorder and the more expensive one the video creator or whatever, the video creator should have a little bit better quality it's just that I think this guy rendered the settings in a bad way that made the video quality suck. Plus the video creator gets pinnacle studios but that don't bother me, I got Sony Vegas 10 which is 10x better.

Hook your console up to your tv as you normaly would. Then, look on the back of your TV for 3 RCA plugs that say "OUTPUT" or "MONITOR OUT" or somthing along those lines. Thats where you plug the dazzle into.

Check out my video in description. And also make sure to set your set your capture format. On the presets click mpeg, and hit high quality dvd. This will allow you to make the best video. You really got to have a pretty fast computer though. Mine has a intel core 2 processor, so mine can handle it. Buy try using it. Mine is an asus laptop, and toshiba works too.
