First I must say this movie is beautiful

Second 3d animation and modeling whether 'poorly made' or constructed perfectly takes a VERY VERY long time to create. The animation in this movie was beautifully done and must have taken a lot of time. I respect the work they put into it.

Thirdly the overall feel is beautiful, haunting and unique.. people who can't appreciate that well sucks for them.. they are missing out.

I just got this movie on the weekend. And 'What dreams may come'.

I think anyone who shares these dreams like in this movie with me should get the album 'Lifeforms' and see why I say that Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean should have used this dream like music to be as their base soundtrack rather than the jazzy music that they used. But I have to admit, I like this scene with this song used in it.

just bought the Blu-ray, it's ok. Some of the dark dream world scenes seem to flicker regarding the brightness? the only thing i didn't like was how she just acted as if everything was normal in her dreamworld. They made her act oblivious to how weird everything was. I know they were suggesting it was her artworks come to life, but still.

The movie was great...visually. Dave McKean did a wonderful job creating a surreal world for Helena. But I wish he'd put a little more in building the characters and the flimsy story.

hell. somtimes in the henson world, things can get really creepy.. you ever seen the movie "the dark crystal"? that was when he was alive and had everything to do with it.. its like he had a nightmare and put in on film (with a happy ending ofcorse) its jim.. come on. plus the intro of the movie is at the begining of "crystal methods" song "trip like i do" (another world...another time.. in the age of wonder... and so on) but your right.. it is weird:)
