I finished this game in one sitting with my friend... best final boss battle ever! Not because it's a particularly amazing fight, but because of how we finished it.

We'd gotten Gideon down to really low health, when he suddenly uppercuts my buddy, who flies back and gets knocked down. Meanwhile I'm running at Gideon, spamming the attack button... as I run over my friend, I pick him up by accident... and score the final hit on the final boss - with my friend's FACE!

I've played plently of memorable current games. Some that deserve mention is demon's osuls, mass effect 2, and okami. Other games out there deserve worthy mention too, if I have the time to dig through my entire stockpile of videogames I've been playing for 16 years now and counting.

I've seen games evolve from their classic 8-bit nostalgia to the current style of games that exist today. The stories, characters, and gameplay will always change.

And we'll be there to see that change.

meh the real problem these days are not with the games per se but with the reaction new gamers haveto old school games. i know a buch of people who said this game suck even if they havent played, and they probably never will, i think that is what's really sad, alot of new player just seems to hate this kind of game on the sole premise that it's pixels and they won't go much farther than that. i've heard the word "it's old so it suck" waaaay to many times. Two of my all time favorite games happen to be the very first Legend of Zelda on the NES and Gunstar Heros on Sega Saturn (now on my PS3 for my enjoyment).

But I also quite enjoy MW2 (when there aren't any noob-tubers) and Fallout: New Vegas.
