There are so many other better dyes that are black.... why would you ever use manic panic of all dyes e.e manic panic blowwwwws and is wayy more expensive than your regular dye.

@alminatorrrrr69 The brush is called a tint brush, for your reference (: (: and I get mine from any Sally's Beauty Supply... They work really well... Otherwise you can search on google to find where to by a 'tint brush' in your local area.. I'm sure there should be a "Sally's Beauty Supply" around you somewhere tho! Hope this helps!! (: (:

If you were gonna just dye it a regular black color why not use a regular black hair dye? Like the permanent ones? Manic Panic fades away...and when it comes to a regular color like black, it doesnt really look good ;x

@Sukhime It looked good on me(: If I were to use a "regular" one than it'll take too much bleaching to strip the black off. Semi permanent is so much easier to take off...

@joshuhwah94 Yes it does, and there's several tricks to make it fade faster. For example, shower in hot water, use dandruff shampoo, swim in clorinated water and salt water. And if you use blue, pink, purple etc you can dilute it with conditioner. This will make the dye brighter/pastel-y and last shorter. I'm not sure if there would be much success with diluting black, since some semi blacks are very green.
