NO ONE steals a fruitcake. I would bet my shiny quarter on it. You don't have to steal those cause at any time of the year, just ask around if anyone still has the one they got for christmas and they will gladly give it to you. Well if they have not tossed it during spring cleaning
Ok, i'm probably wrong but I don't see much of a difference in what i'm doing right now and downloading music. Right now, I'm registered to an online music player with hundreds of thousands of music. I just made playlist of few of my favorite songs. Theoretically, I don't see the difference because whether i buy it or listen to it on this online music player, it's available anytime i want it to be. Only difference is insignificant tiny bit of inconvenience.

@Legolas81906 Stealing means to take something at the expense of another person. If I take your car, It's stealing because you don't have it anymore. If you have a CD that I like and I copy it, it's not stealing because you still have it.
