I don't think you can cancel out letters to complete an anagram. I think that's bending the rules. If that's not the case, then anagrams are dumb and don't lead you to anything meaningful.

*Any letters that remained were multiples of the same letter:(nnnnnn rrrr ttt gg cc) so I cancelled them out.
Also there were two additional unused letters, 'K' and 'H' assure the public their performance will be second to none.*
