Good stuff. I particularly like how you play the jazzy parts near the end. I have created a backing track to this song that you can play along with on guitar, if you feel so inclined. The Cords are as recorded by the Doors Em , Am, Em,D,C,,and thats pretty much it,if you play it with the record you can him doing different cord voicings off each cord change ,he uses the cords and hammer on riffs along with each cord rising,just his phrasing in the song ,But its alot of fun to fool around with,I m sure you can do a million things with it my friend ,because you got the skills Brother,peace

@gtristdan actually im using an Em ,so i guess its 1 # in the circle of fiths so it is in G ,and i am tuned down half step,,,but the whole riff is in Em,and u can use a G scale too,,its all relative,,,just like humidity

this was one of my first songs to learn but i always got stuck at the start,worked it out in the end and now i can play it quite fast doing that always gave me that buzz you know what i mean the jamming feeling that shiver that shoots down the spine,I love doors covers,i started learning them first some animals tracks and some kinks tracks thats what i started to learn with even jeff beck had me hooked on some of his covers
