i took a flight last night i think that jet blue is trying to reduce costs by not using reverse thrust in airports with big runways because i came in through jfk and i noticed we used the long runway
Well runway 22 is about 8000ft long. Taxiway C is on the right at the very end of runway 22. It leads right to the terminal. The pilot probably wanted to skim up to the end of 22 so he didn't have to taxi much. On the otherhand KROC is a class C airport and we don't get the greatest activity. The biggest commercial planes that i have ever seen use rochester are the b737 and the a320. thank u airtran and jetblue. lol

the captain never forgets - as an 777 captain myself, it is not a priority to have reverse thrust, the plane can safely stop without it.

that was delayed! I think he was planning to land without reverse, but changed his mind in the last minute.
