MY Schnauzer Greta, got hit by car @ 6months. They took off back left leg. She recovered very well, and She can out run any dog around. She does not even know that she has a handicap. She was a rescue dog (adopted after owner abandoned her when she got hit by car) I am lucky to have her. She is a great inspiration to me. Thanks for posting about your dog.
my dog just got run over 1 hour ago. found out it has to get its leg amputated. its whole leg bone was showing. a right mess. after amputation does one leg make the dog in pain or anything?
My family just found out that our dog might need to have one of its front legs amputated. Its good to see how happy your dog looks and how he still can have really good quality of life. Thanks for posting it
dogs adapt really fast to it. My 4 year old lab just had his front left leg amputated, and when we picked him up from the Vet, he jumped into our truck. pretty remarkable
I have a deaf\three legged dog called Seal. He was run over by a car twice on porpuse.
