but the courts wont budge

brazil and U.S. both signed a agrement to return any one kiddnapped into their country

I have to say that I am from Brazil and I support the North American father custody situation. I would not say that the mother is a whore even though I know a lot of women that are not worth a penny (no matter nationality), but after her death, the biological father should have the rigths of taking care of the baby. I heard that 3 days ago this nightmare was over and Sean is back. Shame on the Brazilian family who was holding the boy for their own benefits. God bless the child. peace.
