I hope you're joking. I hope to the high heavens (no pun intended) that you're just messing with me. "What makes you think you are any smart at all?" But it would be rude to focus on that so I'm going to respond to the central point of your argument. I know I'm smart because I have been smart since I was a kid. I have always been fairly smart. I picked things up quickly and was good at most mental tasks. I have noticed no decrease in my mental capabilities, and that's how I know I'm smart.

7,600 fatalities from Aspirin/Ibuprofen in the last year alone. Zero from Cannabis. Tobacco and Alcohol are legal, therefore the argument that Cannabis remains illegal to protect the health and productivity of citizens is a load of utter crap.

I just think it's sad that people are willing to go to jail just to use the stuff...do you really need it that much that you are willing to risk your freedom and money to smoke? It puts alot of extra stress on people just to make sure to conceal it. I mean, I know people who don't smoke, but would if it was legal. I see nothing wrong with that. BUT, some people already do it now despite negative consequences that could affect them years from now...I just don't get that...

Lol. You are so out of touch, it's funny at first, but when I consider it, it's offensive. Smoking marijuana daily is not a high-risk activity in the majority of cases. This is why there are dozens of millions of smokers, happily smoking, for several decades now. The number is rising, by the way.
