I have seen so many taser videos on youtube now that clearly see the concept of tasers being abused. Tasers should not be a replacement for skilled human relations. Age does not exempt you from the law...this is text book...the cop followed the five stages for use of force. Stage one he arrived there, stage two he gave her verbal commands, stage three, soft techniques he pushed her away and tried to control her with soft amounts of force, and stage 4 he used a hard technique to subdue her. Stage 5 is lethal force and he didnt use it. If a 21 year old did the same thing they would have done the same thing. Age is not an excuse.

Stage one he arrived there, stage two he gave her verbal commands, stage three, soft techniques he pushed her away and tried to control her with soft amounts of force, and stage 4 he used a hard technique to subdue her. Stage 5 is lethal force and he didnt use it. If a 21 year old did the same thing they would have done the same thing. Age is not an excuse.
