In a place where everything moves with the wind a man wakes from the dream and in want for a normal life destroys the wind-mill that enables the inhabitants of this place to live, but also disables them to live it properly. And the end of the wind-mill means a beginning of a water-mill, now having watter as the more constant provider of a moving force.
A really great movie! I loved the determination of this man to make a change, even if it goes to worse.
