tc 35 New Holland Compact log skidding

I decided on this model because I wanted new,I trusted this dealer,and the size and price and lifting capacity were all great values. Couldn't go any bigger without buying a new equipment trailer and new attachments. The New Holland TC series is the best in my book; will be a classic model in time.

I bought this compact because it gave the most hydraulic lift for the money in the compact tractor category. LIft/$. I would estimate the pine log I was skidding was around 2000 lbs. I use my tractor for bush hogging,too and other multiple chores. If I just wanted to move logs,i would have gotten a skidsteer.

why did you decide on this model of tractor..? How much did that log weigh..? thanks for the video..What kind of wood is that..?
