@Danny4q Are you kidding? Carbs, rockers, heads, cams can all be changed. There's plenty of tuning options out there for A Series engines. Hell, the Cooper S was a major lead forward at is time. For a powerplant that's over 55 years old, the A Series doesn't do too badly.

Awesome job with that car guys. I know you put one heck of a lot of work (And Money) into it to make it the Fastest in the World.
I will say that your reaction times are good but with that amount of HP your 60ft times can get better along with 1/4 mile E.T.

@BavariasFinest If yo9u look at the clip again, 1:27 that slip reads correct. 113mph in 6.2 seconds. This is the first 1/8th. 0-141mph comes in 9.7seconds :o)

there was something wrong with the radar at the pod, the actual terminal was about 141mph. If you look at the last slip, you will see 9.75 @ 141mph

not trying to hate or anything. i def see ur point, but minis were initially built to be cheap, and get good mileage. i doubt that car has either of those qualities.
