This one was a bad decision that's true that but Vaughen in his current form would have probably meandered on to something like 13 of 50 balls and probably would have been out. Bell's one was clearly out though. His bat was over the line but it bounced up and so was up in the air on time of the impact of the ball hitting the bails so that was out.
