Making jewelry molds is perfect you do it like me & enjecter wax molds to . but the lost wax casting i do it deferent , i make a tree . but I work with ur material it is very easy to work with . especially in jewelry casting . you take the risk for your Commodity . i have a nother way maybe i will show you if you need to know

with todays technology... is it possible to make gold from a different element?... does an atom splitter exist? also you know how mercury eats gold... is it possible to seperate them?

@eliden yes, it's possible to make gold artificially from other elements; it's just not practical.

There are several expensive metals that are easier to make and a lot more useful for industry than gold. Spent fuel from a nuclear reactor contains isotopes of palladium, rhodium and ruthenium. Some isotopes which are short lived and some of which are stable. If you wait a few decades the radioactivity becomes low enough for industrial use as catalyst.
