It really depends which country you're in because the tiping is different everywhere.

But it's a good feeling giving a big tip and to see the bartenders huge smile.

As Sky said in another video, if you tip big, the bartenders will keep an eye out for you.

Go into a bar, order a drink for $15 or whatever they cost in your country, and tip another extra $15. The bartenders will be with you the whole night as soon as you need something, even though you only tip 10% or so the rest of the evening.

I went out last weekend and the waitress didn't even know what beer the bar had on tap and told me it was on the drink menu, didn't check back to ask if we wanted another drink, and we had to go up to ask for our bill. We could have left and she wouldn't have known. So I didn't tip her at all. Yet, if the service is good I just look a the tax (15%) and that's what I tip. Unless she has a nice rack then I tip more. ;)
