Yes. Why not? This is just a small piece of our curriculum showing basic small-circle jujitsu, hapkido, and a couple brazillian-style jujitsu ground moves. For a one-day women's self-defens class, I don't teach hardly any of this except maybe a release from a hold or grab because they can't remember how to do any of it in just a day of course. These techniques basic self-defense part of the curriculum that people will learn if they want to continue and become regular students.

I probably should have titled it differently, rather than call it basic self-defense. Self-defense curriculum basics maybe would have been better.
