  • @Jimpat82 It's just one of those piece-together sections you can get at Dick's Sporting Goods and then just a generic yoga mat on top of that from CVS I think.

  • FAR, FAR from being a fail. You have done VERY well just performing 5 reps per set. It can take some people months to develop that level of explosiveness you possess. I would be very proud of myself indeed. Every man has the ability to do as many reps as Bruce Lee, it's all about putting in the time, effort & dedication. LiveSTRONG.

  • @howiemccormick : Well That is the true essence of plyometri push-ups and calesthenics. Just when you think you are going to put out you don't but that is simply because calesthenics really work the core of the muscle. Ask a body builder to bust out 3 sets of 50 push ups with a 1-1 1/2 min rest in between sets...They'd probably. Keep it going. Next time someone makes a derogatory comment take them to the park and challenge them in a calesthenics circuit workout!

  • if you think that's a fail, you shouldn't be working out. 'getting tired' would be a better term, and it is part of the process we call 'exercise'. You fall flat on your face and break your nose--that's a fail. But even so it's all part of learning.

  • haha... no way... I could maybe do ONE of these on day one, but it wasn't even in the work out, so who knows. I saw that move in the infomercial and it was one of the things that made me want to do the program. I'm not sure I'll ever quite get Tony's form on these.
