  • nice. gave me courage

  • contemport..competenment..compenterlized....lol

  • lol......this is gr8!

  • nice humour, what qualifications do you have

  • plz learn from this guy ladiez!

  • hai here i am....

  • luv u! things are getting more clearer for me thanks to u!

  • Yeah seriously I have to be involved in solving the problem since it affects BOTH of us!

  • Yea sorry, my husband doesn't do that.. he comes to me and talks, that's communication and what our marriage works... its different depending on the person and couple...

  • You know too much o.o

  • Oh... Lord!!!!!!!!

    Soooooo annoying!

    Are muslims all like this?

  • @gycsilla

No , If he is soo annoying ? why u here ?!

  • @Mshaneena However I look at him, his annoying...

  • @gycsilla if you think he is annoying then don't watch anymore of his videos, this was made for people who wanted to learn more and be entertained at the same time. There are more than 1 billion Muslims that live all over the world, they all have different personalities, hobbies, talents etc . Don't judge.

  • 204tawfiq : uhh.. He's a Muslim :P he converted

  • This is very helpful. Thank you.

  • woooow you are the first christian I see that actually agree in the oneess of God

  • I liked. MashaAllah

  • @USAdude30 i feel women take it the wrong way as if the husband isnt talking and its the womans fault. thts the problem she needs to understand its not HER . its just how alotta men deal with it. as long as his deep thinking doesnt cross the line into avoidng her or becomes rude to her or brushes her off then its not a big deal ! buggin him about it so much will make him annoyed and make what ever hes thinking about that much heavier on his brain ! sm women needa gt their heads outa thes magzns

  • this guy is crazy funny. always makes me laugh

  • @little0boots Was thinking the "Exact" same thing lol ....hilarious...."Whats the problem....?......u have a solution yet?"....lol

  • This is a generalization -_-

  • the video was really helpful. Thank you

  • Is the site Half our deen only for people who live in Usa and Canada? or is it world wide

  • looooolz

    he's so funny mashaAllah

but gets his point across effectively

this video was very beneficial alhamdulillah

  • @USAdude30 you are king.

  • it depends on the person ali bro; i'm a guy and I need both! If u have someone living in the middle of nowhere for years and has noone to talk to he will be stressed, and if u have an annoying friend following u around ull get stressed just the same!!

  • COM-PART-MENT-A-LISED (?). A little practise and you'll all get the hang of it : )

These videos only really apply to the stereotypical relationship. It seems that Ali's description of what a man is like pretty much sums me up in a nutshell, lol.

    So ... does that mean I'm a she-dude? XD

  • Lool@ "we think in little compartments"

  • i think he's got this a bit wrong

girls can solve their own problems too, just like men...

but when something happens to us and we wanna talk about it

we tell em what happened and expect them to nod occasionally and say uh huh your right!! because it relieves stress n doesnt leave things bottled up inside

but mayyyybe thats just me :)))

  • @LostWithoutAllah yeah girls can solve their problems 2 ofcourse,, but he means that we like to talk thru them too, not go silent like guys and try to solve it in our head..

  • @USAdude30 you said it right

  • Well, I'm a woman, and I prefer solving my problems alone, and 'being by myself' when I need to sort out issues, and I am UNABLE to sort them in anyone else's presence. I guess I'm wrong, but isn't it just a personality thing? Its a stereotype on girls and guys.. but it's actually an introversion/extroversion thing? Allah knows best!!!

  • @USAdude30 hello USAdude, i jst wanted 2 say that i appreciate how u r very calm and not blowing off steam like most other nonmuslims. and putting time to understand the muslim world. i encourage u not to judge islam by wat ppl say it is.

  • @USAdude30 haha no hard feelings, brother :)

  • @USAdude30 AHEM! As an American woman, I resent that "try to tell that to an American woman" part :p

  • But when a guy is all quiet and you know something is wrong, thats when the girl thinks hes mad at HER :( How do you know that the guy isnt mad at YOU and is just mad about something else entirely?

*sigh*...we cant catch a break! Why did Allah swt make us all so confusing? :p

  • @MuslimahSoapbox Remember how Allah said that suspicion can be a sin.

  • haha he's so cute.."compartmentalize" =)))

  • people its not okay to listen to music satan loves music and he will be around anybody who plays and listens to music at there house car etc

  • Just jam init

  • Awesome ...

  • It kinda makes you think why God made women and men complete opposites of each other. But, I guess God made us different, because he wanted us to learn from each other. Am I right?

  • This is true to an extent. Although i will try to solve any problems by myself, It is nice to know someone cares. So If they just ask whats wrong you look upset its better than not asking at all. But after that one time of asking and i say nothing, then i wanna b left alone. I would hate to be not asked at all.

  • hihihihihihihihihi

  • @26oo end of what ?? LOL u made no sense. Music is haram. End of?? LOL

  • lol jokes

  • Hey! I am a girl and the way you described how guys deal with their problems is exactly how I solve my problems...I like to be by myself and think about it and if it is something that's REALLY bad, I go and watch videos or play my ps3 =]

  • @Sup3rZee are you sure you are a girl? :P

  • @reeab LOL xD I am kind of tomboy...

  • What was the word Baba Ali was trying to say?

  • @jocker244 I think it was 'compartmentalize'

  • @SexcPrincess16 Thanks, much appreciated :)

  • I am a girl and when i have problem i like to be alone and try to fix it

  • @09nabila

me 2... BUT I ALSO LIKE 2 TALKKKKKKKKKKKKK ABT IT EVEN MOREE :D

  • @09nabila so baba ali some girls may have boy's traits.

  • haha another brilliant video. Yes indeed, the EGO of man :) we like to solve problems own his OWN (or while lost during long drive, we won't ask for HELP, we want to FIX it byself by figuring out, HOPEFULLY before we run out of gas") Yes, we need some quiet time to ourselves, can't yap like SOMEONE all day just kidn. Excellent example of "women annoying" while the "GOOD MAN" is trying to solve the problem.. definitely will hit home to the masses. Love the tittle, i know where's that coming from.

  • Boy do you try to stereotype everyone and stick them into their own little corner. The truth is the men and women are not all that different unless forced to exaggerate their differences by a culture that wants to make one seem silly and irrelevant whole concurrently elevating the other. People of both sexes run the entire gamut of ways to deal with and solve problems. There is no “manly” or “feminine” way of addressing and solving problems. You are extremely sexist and that is plain wrong.

  • @SSanf I disagree. I understand what you're saying. But women and men do think differently. And they do deal with situations very differently. Not all, but generally they do. I'm not saying one is better than the other, or one sex deals with anything better than the other... just differently. e.g.women tend to be better at like essay-based exams, whereas men are known to be better with kind of maths, physics type of stuff. Even though I'm more the latter myself (I'm a girl), but just generally.

  • @DiscreetDiam0nd Let me know when you see yourself as a woman. Then, we may be able to talk.

  • @SSanf What do you mean when I see myself as a woman? I am a woman. What are you talking about?

  • @DiscreetDiam0nd No, you see yourself as a girl. You even stated in parentheses that you are a girl. You are not adult. You are not mature, And, you need a caretaker that you can depend on because you are still a dependent human being in your own mind. And, that has more to do with why you probably do think differently from the men that you know than does the shape of your genitalia. The culture that makes you think you are a girl has bound and deformed you as much as foot binding did in China.

  • @SSanf No darling. I only have a limited word amount, so I had to reduce the words; girl took up less space. It basically means that I'm a female. The culture that makes me think that way is the western culture in which I've read many scientific journals which show that women and men think differently and solve problems differently. I clearly mentioned that I don't think men are better than women or vice versa. Just that they're different. Different hormones, Different physically and so on.

  • @DiscreetDiam0nd No, sweetie pie. You could have written woman or female in the same comment using the same number of spaces. The parenthesis were unneeded as was the comma. Or, you could have just left out the final period and gotten the job done. The truth is that you do think of yourself as a girl which is why you chose that word. Words mean things and you meant girl.

  • @SSanf It's silly that that's the only arguement you could come up with. Whether you think I wrote that because I think I'm a girl or because I had no space doesn't matter. The point is that I made a comment and you clearly don't know how to reply to it because you're just jumping on to my use of language. What does that have to do with the point I was making?

  • @SSanf And can I ask, what part of what I said shows that I'm dependent. Now you're just making crap up. How can you possibly tell from a comment what type of person somebody is? I could be faking it. I could really be a man. And to add to that, how could you possibly think that men and women are exactly the same? You can see with your eyes we're not. Some women are stronger than men, and not emotional, hate shopping etc and some men are more emotional etc. But generally they're different.

  • when I (men) get stressed, i already have a solution in mind. but i'm different i'll express myself more. i will talk about it, but not necessarily accept GIRLS solutions. LOL@the "shh" part. no way u can't pronounce COMPARMENTALIZED, i'm sure you could bro. ! Yeah, thanks for the "script" for girls to say. I have BILLIONS of script for girls too. :)

Bro, since it's a subjective subject, try to INTEGRATE surveys man, i'll benefit inshaAllah, I'll PM you, since u say u read all comments. :)

  • This is generally very true but not in every case. Im a girl but I act exactly in that way when faced with issues xD Parading my problems to others doesnt have that much appeal to me because I dont want others getting worried or upset as well. And I know other girls like this...guess its to do with choosing practicality over sentiment alone.

  • As Salaam u 'Alaikum

    Jazaak Allaahu Khair

    Ramadhaan Kareem

  • dont take me wrong but , i love the old theme song " if you dont know what to do, ask baba aliii " its amazing right !? xD .

  • BRILIANT BROTHER ALI....MASHA ALLAH ALLAH HAS BESTOWED SO MANY BLESSINGS ON YOU

  • love you baba ali :) thanks for making these video's!

  • Comment removed

  • sorry bro... i think i can't agree with you... to me it has nothing to do with men or women... it mostly depends on how independent that person is... but most of the muslim women are dependent, so i guess you are right

  • is it weird that i'm a girl who feels this way?

  • Aside from the corny intro and outro music, I love this video. I'm a man and for me at least, this is true 90% of the time.

  • Thank you

  • IT WORKS ! if ur husband wants to talk to u he will ,,,, i leave my husband alone and when he needs my input he'll ask me .... and he does when its his time .... i love him and have been loving him the past 7 years we've been together. i wouldnt ask for any other man. we are this way becuz we r muslim a nd we follow the sunnah and we put ALLAHs rules first<3

  • good video :D

  • Can you all just watch the video and not start an argument throwing Quran verses at each other! CHILL OUT!

  • @Afgsusan1 loool

  • that's not true, guys do want to talk about it after the stress is gone.

  • Hey, I remember this. This is an excerpt from the lecture 'Men are from Mecca and women are from Medina' by the Yasir trio (Yasir Fazaga, Yasir Birjis and Yasid Qadhi), isn't it?

  • salam alekum ali ramadan mubarak. im a convert sister from sweden. u really on the right way here. my husband is just like that.. =) mashallah.. u are very good mashallah. hijab reminder very good mashallah. and ramadan mashallah. i watch u some year ago and u got many videos now mashallah. keep up the good work. u inspirer many ppl muslim and nonmuslim.

  • A major video project is currently in production to make EVERYTHING clear about Islam, and its perspectives on many issues: who God is according to Islam, the position of prophet Jesus (peace be upon him), solutions to our problems today, the truth about jihad, and many other subjects, incl ongoing issues like the ''ground zero'' mosque, will be adressed.

Please check the promo/trailer to the THE ORIGINAL CALL project on my channel.

  • I like your blunt yet funny and friendly way of getting a message across. mashaAllah. This was helpful! :D

  • 2:43 :D haha

  • wow, cool

  • @truebeaut Ooops.. Your "husband" needs check up. lol joking :)

  • I don't hear any music either!

It's better to listen and benefit then argue :)

  • not all men are the same. i know sisters with husbands who want to talk about feelings and sisters dont want to talk...my husband doesnt like to talk but he cant problem solve so i 'nag' the problem out of him. give him a solution without expecting him to reply and i walk off...he always does what i say and agrees that it was best (most times anyway) point is all men and women are different, its not always as simple as that...marriage is hard!

  • I'm a girl and I hate talking about my problems, haha. One exception to every rule ;)

Masha Allah this video is great though (:

  • i liked your older videos...they were a lot more relevant.

  • @26oo no it is not the end of, there is no consensus

  • how come the music halal/haram debaters don't goto the comment section of the music videos to argue? what i don't get is why they come to Baba Ali's video, which NONE OF THEM even talk about music. can you imagine if he actually brought up music...that would be a field day for you guys. Baba Ali...PLEASE do not bring it up...we'll never hear the end of it...all we talk about is music, beard, and halal meat..i'm happy that at least one person is talking about other issues. keep making videos!

  • @muslim411 For gosh sakes who said we are fighting??

  • @bluemoonamirty Yes of course, but there is a difference between arguing and debating, and but seriously look at the comments, its filled up by your comments and whoever you're arguing with. Neither of you are going listen to each other, there is no point, just message each other if you guys have that much time on your hands. Off topic is still off topic

  • @GardenofTruth I already said I'm done debating LOL

  • @bluemoonamirty walaikum salam - i've noticed that the topic of music comes up in a lot of videos that have nothing to do with music. can't you guys just agree to disagree (check out baba ali's video "agree to disagree"). i really don't understand why people come to the comment section of videos to argue about things that have NOTHING to do with the video. I hope the comment section for this video doesn't get disabled too like the other videos but then again, u can't blame him if he does.

  • @iwentpp3 Who said were arguing we are debating do u know the difference between arguing and debating? LOL

  • @iwentpp3 Agreeing to disagree does not work on matters of Halal and Haraam. Which is exactly what music is, a matter of halal or haraam. It extends beyond normal fiqh (as all the madhabs, and scholars) agree on a point. There is no tolerating haraam, as Allah says "wa tanhauna a'nil munkar." We cannot tolerate haraam, and we enjoin halal. However there are due places and forums for discussing this, and since there is no music here, I agree that muslims should not argue here esp in ramadan

  • رمضان كريم لكل السلمين الطيبين happy ramadan for all the good moslems لا إله إلا الله no god except of allah

  • OH WOW COOL. Ahem... Truthful. Men's brains are compartment-al-ised and women do like to talk out stuff. It's all Allah's doing. :D

BarakAllah, Ramadan Cream. Peace & love and twinkies.

    Zaufishan | #3 Fan | UK

  • MashAllah Ali, your videos are wonderful, its inspiring to see how you do not listen to any negative things people have to say. Good job brother. Ramadan Kareem!

  • I’m confused here. Where exactly is all the music in this video that everyone is debating about because all I hear is nasheeds? Are we just arguing for the sake of arguing? looks like Muslims can’t even take a month of bickering over things even in the month of Ramadan

  • @iwentpp3 What's wrong with debating?

  • @iwentpp3 mashallah you have say what i was doing to say

  • @iwentpp3 mashaallah maybe becuz the brother sings so good it sounds as if there are instruments ! =)

  • @iwentpp3 ya ur right lol there's not even music in this vid

  • true and happy ramadan to all my muslim brothers and sister :)

  • it is true, men like to be by dem self...

  • LOL I can't stop replaying 2:27

    sorry haha

100% agree with your points anyway

  • LOL

    Compartmentalize 2:27

    anyway thank you brother !

  • i really like your videos and i agree with you in many topics

but i think about the men-woman differences, you are seeing things a bit too narrow maybe.

i have seen lots of men who came to me to tell me all their problems to feel better,or men who like to discuss about conflicts in relationships. and i'm a woman, & i don't enjoy talking about my problems to others 'cause i can solve them by myself, quietly.

not everything is decided by the sex, not all men are the same, not all women are the same

  • @rockinfish14 wel i fink hes putting it like that bcoz dats wha da majority of men n women r lyk c, n only a smal percentage r da way u c it mayb

  • Most of the scholars say its haram..but we cant say wrong to the one who sayz its halal becoz they are also having evidences from authentic hadeeth..but the music is not halal for listening bad songs by any scholar..the music is halal only in case of nasheeds..and bayaans where there are no unislamic words...the ahadeeth which say its haram is posted by many brothers below...hope ur problems are cleared..

  • the hadeeth is..The Two Festivals (Eids) - Narrated Aisha: Abu Bakr came to my house while two small Ansari girls were singing beside me the stories of the Ansar concerning the Day of Buath. And they were not singers. Abu Bakr said protestingly, "Musical instruments of Satan in the house of Allah's Apostle !" It happened on the 'Id day and Allah's Apostle said, "O Abu Bakr! There is an 'Id for every nation and this is our 'Id."

  • brothers and sisters dont fight that music is halal or haraam..this thing has Ikhtilaaf..

There were many scholars in the past that said that music was permissible:

Shawkawni, Ibn Hazm, Ghazalli, Abú Bakr al-'Arabi, Qaradawi, and others.

the say it is halal on the basis of few ahadeeth..form which one of them i know is,,,pls see my next comment

  • I really like ur videos, U r so AWESOME !

    May ALLAH bless u.

Plz, try to talk about ( Tough parents)

when they over-protected their kids...sometimes their kids hate them :(

Just tell them when they do that, not only their kids will be so sad but also they'll go to other ppl to talk to.. and I mean ( boy / girlfriend)

Alhumdullah, When I see my friend's parents I thank ALLAH that my parents not like that :D

  • @bluemoonamirty of course I will always worship and Obey Allah but wallahi I can still do that by listening to good Music no harm in that so relax.

  • if your cat is upset do you run after it to try and make it feel better? the cat will get annoyed and scratched. men are like cats

  • @qwertyfshag lol

  • @qwertyfshag lol that's gonna be one of your 30 second vids isn't it? i can just hear you saying 'men are like cats' hopefully followed by a 'meow' but im sure thats one step too far.

  • @qwertyfshag omg qwerty even you watch these video!!!?

  • will you people (you know who you people are) please keep all the "music is haram" comments to yourselves??!?! if you have such a problem with it, mute the first 30 seconds of the vid or fastforward, then feel free to watch the vid and comment on the vid and go about on your way.

  • @jumar1281 excuse me are u like the mayor of what to talk about?? I am allowed to talk about any religion were still on the "ISLAM" topic k?

  • @bintarabiya

ya you're allowed to talk about any topic, and i'm allowed to inform you of when you're being annoying. i'm doing you a favor

  • @jumar1281 I'm annoying cause I'm talking about Islam? Yea ok ur smart!

  • @jumar1281 How about doing me a favor nd during Ramadan don't give me lip k?? or jump off a river for all I CARE!

  • @bintarabiya

LOL! jump OFF a river? how do you jump OFF of a river? i could jump INTO a river, I could jump TOWARD a river, I could jump ACROSS a river, but NOBODY can jump OFF a river.

i think you should continue watching more of Baba Ali's videos, why don't you start off with the video, "The Haram Police"

  • @jumar1281 lol

  • @jumar1281 Idiot I meant Jump off a bridge k So shutup

  • @bintarabiya

i'm fasting, i won't reply to you anymore

  • @jumar1281 As am I so u cant debate while fasting is that haram to? lol

  • @jumar1281 I meant any topic not any religion sorry

  • @jumar1281 The Brother (Ummahfilms) doesn't have music in the start. It's all voice :)

And people in the back going Do dooDooh Do.

  • @bluemoonamirty ur not a good muslim to be talking like tht

  • wow. everytime my husband and i get into a fight we go through this ordeal EVERY time. great advice.

  • @bluemoonamirty excuse me bequiet u dunno me so hushhh

  • This is an explanation of how men have destroyed and screwed up the entire world...

  • @SOLITARY1984 hahahaha - I agree.. WHY on earth wouldn't they want to just talk about it! and I don't think this applies to allll men, I'm sure there are a percentage that does want to talk.

  • I'm surprised how stereotypical this video is!

And then the comments... you guys must have a LOT of free time to waste it on merely pointless discussions.

  • @UseY0urM1nd music is a good topic

  • ty!

  • com-par-ta-men-ta-lize :)

  • @bluemoonamirty OH GIVE ME A BREAK MAN!! LOL IN A WEDDING U HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO HAVE MUSIC IT'S UR BIG DAY!

  • @bintarabiya

No music is Haraam, with the exception of the drums which the Prophet said is permisible.

Its a blessed day when Allah(swt) brings two people and two different families together. Comprising your deen for one day and begining a new chapter of your life, that goes against the Allah(swt) adn the Prophet(saw), is not a good start.

I know i use to listen to music thnking its harmless and i understand where you are comming from sister. But its for forbidden and blackens the heart.

  • @mnzz1234 No it's not lighten up k I DON'T BELIEVE IT IS:)

  • @bintarabiya

Sahih Bukhari, Abu Dauod "Among My Ummah there will be a people who make lawful adultery, silk, wine and musical intsturments."

Nabi (saw)) has said:"Indeed, people will change the name of wine to consume it and play with musical instruments, Allah will cause the earth to swallow them and change them into monkeys and swines" Narrarted by Ibn Majah.

And whoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has won a great success. (33:71)

  • @mnzz1234 first of all wth? it doesn't say Musical instruments because Prophet Mohammad allowed it back then but the others yes u r right :)

  • @bintarabiya

So now you are going agaist Sahih ahadith?

The Sunan and the way of the Prophet(saw)?

    All to defend music?

You need to give me evidence from Sahih hadith the prophet made it okay to listen to musical instruments. Because the hadith i quoted, it is clearly prophibited! Why? BEcauce fornication and alcohol is a MAJOR SIN in islam. And think musical intruments were put in this cattegory.

  • @mnzz1234 there's no musical instruments in the beginning of the video. all the sounds are made by human voices. but for humans to imitate the sound of an instrument is a different debate. music is of course haram and whoever denies that then let them be enlightened inshaAllah. but please, calm down. "do not attain knowledge in order to express pride before the scholars, nor by its help quarrel with people, nor try to overwhelm meetings. But he who does so his destination is fire" [ibn Majah]

  • @MizShinobi1 Excuse me just cause I don't believe music is haram doesn't make me bad k?
