"Never Alone" is my favorite BarlowGirl song. I think Alyssa voice is truly a gift from God. I think every Christian has lived the words to that song. Me personally, between my fellowship with my church members, and hearing the words to this song. It helped me through a very difficult spiritual battle in '09. The word states "draw close to God, and God will draw close to you."

In genesis God did destroy the city because of rape but also because it was men wanting to rape other men. Paul never actually condemned homosexuality if you look at the original text. 1 Cor 6:9 doesn't actually have "homosexual" in it if you look at the original text. It was put in there in the late 19th century. The Bible doesn't actually condemn homosexuality. I recommend studying the Bible and not just trusting translations.

God saw what He created in Adam and Eve and was pleased with it. if He were equally as pleased with same-sex couples then I think He would have made them like that in the beginning, as well. However, someone who is not as comfortable in their sexuality who sees one of their favorite band members make a comment that does put homosexuality in a negative light, even when it wasn't intentional, will get upset. If people were going to be arrested for homophobic remarks the Westbro Baptist Church would be arrested and in jail.
