  • I have been watching most of your videos and you are better than my teacher. Bytheway i have learned more from u than anybody else. Thanxs Dr Z, for sharing your knowledges in HVACR.

  • @tinomaya Thanks for watching.

  • why you didn't use the red hose

  • I was illustrating this on a suction side king valve.

  • How about front seat, back seat, mid-seat?

  • Please check out my HVAC King Valves 1 video.

  • nice video, thanks Dr. I see you have different background in your videos now.

  • Thanks. I like my new wall paper.

  • vg :) Also a good idea to lubricate the cap if it's a metal cap, some of those old puppies are a serious pain to get off! lol :>

  • Great idea. I usually have to use a wrench to get the caps off.

  • Thanks That's what I was thinking on how to do that.

  • Thanks for watching.

  • bravo damn good review doc keep em coming use it or loose it but not when i watch your videos

  • Thanks. I try to do at least one video per week.

  • Thanks for this addition to yesterday's King Valve video.

Your showing the internal workings of that valve in the first video really helped me to visualize your comment in this video about "back seating" the valve before you remove the access fitting hose.

    Good Video!!

  • Thanks for watching.

  • good video. it's very important to know how to properly install a set of gauges.

Always remember folks to position the stem just off the back seat to allow for access to the system, and always make sure to fully back seat your king valves before taking off the hoses. And when you do take the hoses off, a little bit of residual refrigerant will be released from your hoses providing you do not have enviro fittings. Always bleed hoses that are equiped with envirofittings to prevent contamination

  • Thanks and great comment.

  • yeah my first time working with these i forgot to close off the highside and got frost bite fingers lol but i never forgot again so lesson taught

  • I guess we've all done that at least the first time. lol

  • good vid DR.Z

  • Thanks
