Sharp AQUOS LC-32D42U 32" LCD HDTV

I bought a Sharp 32 LCD.(Dont ask me model and shit idk), The guy at brandsmartusa told me the aquas was a better TV for a slightly higher price. Boy did he lie his ass off. This TV is only 720 and only comes with about 6 inputs, The sharp I bought was a better one with 1080P 8 different inputs with USB and all that good stuff. Sometimes being cheap is a good thing. =P

Note: Sharp is currently the only manufacturer that makes LCD displays whose lamps can be changed out. This is definitely something to consider, given that LCD monitors dim as their lightsources do, so being able to replace its lamp will restore your picture to "like new" levels

I have a Sharp Aquos 32" and a Sony Bravia 40", both 2007 models, I think the Sharp Aquos is a better all-round. I recently purchased a Samsung Series-6 46" LCD but would have prefered an Aquos if I could have found a retailer that stocked the latest model in 46". I love the Aquos so much I've kept it in my room and have put the 40" Bravia in my son's room

i have the 32" SHARP AND IT SUCKS! everytime i play my video games or watch tv, it turns diffrent colors! or the pixels go crazy do not go for this HDTV if ur a gammer or watch raceing cozz it would be screwed up so i give this tv 2/10!

This is how dumb you are.

The diff. between 720 and 1080P is unnoticeable on a screen under 50". It is impossible to tell a diff. when watching from a normal distance. The human eye can only see so much detail. Besides that, it also does 1080i which will look the same as 1080P on a screen below 50". By the time there's actually shift to 1080P broadcasting, maybe you'll be a bit smarter. 1080P is only necessary if you have a 360/PS3 or HDDVD.

That's utter nonsense. I just returned a 720p 32 inch and got a Sharp 32 1080p and at least on my pc it's as good as a monitor. The 720p was ugly as hell. 1080p is the only way to go.
