Also my intake has to be REALLY high for me to gain weight. At 175 I will prob hit 4000 and 185-190 4500 then potentially 5000...yeah lots of food man :P
@xo1tom1ox now i am at 186 and i count my protein intake rather than caloric intake... which i am sure is high... about 200 grams a day in protein and upwards of 320grams during contest times

Wow, your look great! See all the years spent training do pay off.
Being big and ripped doesn't look that impressive since a lot of people make it common.
I prefer seeing someone who started with a lean build turn it into something spectacular because I can relate.
