    Cool shit man. Yeah I count everything. My intake is like 3500 calories right now and I can't seem to gain weight as quickly as before (endomorph). Also my intake has to be REALLY high for me to gain weight. At 175 I will prob hit 4000 and 185-190 4500 then potentially 5000...yeah lots of food man :P

  • @xo1tom1ox now i am at 186 and i count my protein intake rather than caloric intake... which i am sure is high... about 200 grams a day in protein and upwards of 320grams during contest times

  • @andletscuttothechase i was really skinny to begin with and it takes a long time to build mass while keeping lean... which was my goal... my advice is to follow the science of diet so find out the caloric intake required and the carbs and protiens required to maintain and increase your muscles

    Being big and ripped doesn't look that impressive since a lot of people make it common.

    I prefer seeing someone who started with a lean build turn it into something spectacular because I can relate.
