RE and DD subs are SPL subs. stricly made for compitition. there not garbage ass component subs, like JL audio, Kickers, MTX, Pioneers, or Alpine and all that gay shiit. There SPL, you cant compare a JL w7, with a RE or DD sub, because these subs are ment for BASS, a regular 12" RE will sound louder than a JL w7.... why? because its jus like that!!!! why do u think SPL subs cost a shiiit load of money? RE AND DIGITAL DESIGNS ROCK THE FUCK OUTTA UR CAR!!!!!

???? an SPL sub costs a shit load? check out prices for SQ subs- JL is not shit its the best SQ company available in regular stores, another thing I wouldnt consider RE strictly SPL- some has subs good for SPL/SQ...."a regular 12" RE will sound louder than a JL w7....why? "- because of the box you will put it in- I bet W7 will rape RE on how flat the response is in sealed box! SPL subs are CHEAP! you can find a decent sub for 200 USD, same with SPL amps!

i was trying to decide between the dd 9512 (3) or the pioneer premier champion series and a memphis 2500d. Ive never heard dd subs in person but i know theyre loud but what about sound quality because the pioneers have pretty good sound quality and im just looking for the best of both worlds what do you think about that.
