@TopGear6666 Not really, in the episodes of Ray Mears that they did together Ray showed him a couple of things he'd never seen before and he taught Ray a lot about the native plants. It seemed like they were pretty equally knowledgeable. But yes, Edward Grylls isn't a career survival expert like Ray Mears or Les Hiddins. He just did a survival course in the SAS, but he has a team of survival experts in his crew who point stuff out to him and he presents it as if he's the one that knows about it.
@AwesomeFish12 Les Hiddins was around decades before any of these guys he was one of the first to bring the whole survival theme to TV, I like Bear Grylls and Ray Mears but their not a patch on the original and best Bush tucker man. So Les learned something from Ray Mears! is it actually possible that the guy doesn't have the answers to every question!! Or just maybe done for camera. Calling Bear Edward LOL are you trying to say you know Bear personally by using his christian name or something?

@XYOUNGWOLFX You can buy both his series from the ABC shop. It's like $50 for each series(Stories of survival and the two seasons of the regular series), but it's well worth it.
I think its quite lame of you to steal my idea of mixing Les Hiddins the bush tycker man and Macgyver, atleast thats how i feel since i uploaded that clip in may, thats quite some months ago and when something similar show s up i actually think of it as a copy.
I always post that i got inspired by others if so.
