Hi, I'm 16 and a big fan of all kinds of art. You have no idea how big of an impact watching Born of Hope and all these podcasts makes for me.

Seeing your film made me feel like "Gosh, I wish I was a part of something like that", and I thought, maybe this is what I want to do. I love good stories, was it a book, a comic, a movie or a game. You have inspired me so much, and given me a direction for my future. I thank you for that.

I became an avid fan right away after seeing this film here in youtube. I like the film, seemed lesser in cost but amazingly done. :)) thus, i took the time of watching it to the last credit. I learned from here that you are not only a great actress but a filmmaker yourself. I am a Filipino and I would rather say you did great for your "Born of Hope", ' Love it. These fan films are usually better than the Lord of The Rings films :) Generally they stay faithful to the canon rather than mauling it for Hollywood (Elves at Helms Depp anyone?)

I'll have some Elf, thank you. But that will be nothing compared to when the Took, Brandybuck and Proudfoot clan join the battle of the eight armies at the Lonely Mountain. Oh, and Tom Bombidil will deliver the death blow to Smaug, cause Hollywood learned from past mistakes that fans want more Bombidilo!

Me and my wife Donna think that you guys rule for taking the time and effort to make what looks to be another great fan film on LOTR. We really enjoyed _The Hunt for Gollum_, made by (I take it) your buddies. We're pretty much die-hard Tolkien fans, and we are very happy to see people making not-for-profit films based on his work. In fact, you guys are showing that a true micro-funding model could be the way forward for film-as-art. Thanks!
