A great video to show to my high school journalism class! Youtube is blocked on our computers at school. How can I download it at home to my computer?
Newspapers don't archive and preserve anything - you can't practically archive newspapers, and you can't search or link to them. "I have the frame grab from thad day"? No, here's the link. It's online were we can build archives, tag and link data to preserve it until eternity.
A fine point, but misses my message. I go all over Dallas, and many times see hisoric pages framed on the wall...I don't see web sites or links...the idea is that with a newspaper, you can hold history in your hands and connect with it in a way you can't do with video or online. It's infitely more personal.
my professor included your video for our assignment.. THNX for your generosity. GODBLESS
