What are your thoughts about fasting every other day? I have been overweight since my early 20's and I have slowly gotten bigger and bigger. Currently I want to lose 92 lbs. I am 5'5" and I am 217 lbs. I want to reach 125. I am committed to fasting, also "working out" on my fasting days. What can I expect if I fast every other day? Thanks so much- Deborah
Thanks so much for posting this. I tried IF every 5 days for a while and that worked really well then took about 3 weeks off and weight stayed the same and was not having to constantly obsess about calories or food and not having to kill myself with hardcore workouts either which my body just can't handle anymore because of old injuries. Love ESE!
Hey Brad, i've been doing ESE for 1 month now 3x a week with phenomenal results . I took your advice fasting from 7pm-7pm and it fits into my schedule like a charm. This is the first week into my second month & for personal research I fasted everyday this week with unbelievable ease. My question is, is fasting everyday on the ESE program not recommended? I understand the concept is to be flexible but its perfect & worked wonders for me. I do work out 5x a week
My cardio time has been cut in half simply for fear of going into a catabolic state. As far as my weight training my strength is there. I supplement with amino acids/fiber/multi-vitamin. My body has adjusted to this new lifestyle & before I continue this approach I was just curious what are the pros/cons? Reading your book/Blogs & watching your videos I don't see any cons. Well thanks for the amazing program & your dedication
